COLLEGE BASKETBALL BETTING:
ANALYZING THE HORIZON LEAGUE

November 2007

The three teams that won 20 or more games, Butler, Wright State and Illinois-Chicago, also had the best pointspread records a year ago, a trend college basketball betting enthusiasts surely will be watching this season. Straight up (SU), against the spread (ATS), and over/under (O/U) records for the 2006/07 season are in parentheses:

BUTLER (29-7 SU, 21-11 ATS, 17-15 O/U): Led by a returning guard tandem that helped the Bulldogs leads the nation in fewest turnovers, Butler looks to be the class of the league.
